ZAHARIN & PARTNERS SDN BHD was incorporated on 15 May 2014. On 29 August 2014 ZAZ CONSULTANCY SDN BHD was incorporated as a holding company of the following firms:

  • Zaharin Nexcap Realty Sdn Bhd was established on 18 March 2015.
  • Zaharin Nexcap Valuation Sdn Bhd changed name from Zaharin & Partners Sdn
    Bhd on 30 April 2015.
  • Zaharin Nexcap Property Management Sdn Bhd was established on 18 May 2015.

Through the process of consolidation of the above companies the new company name has changed from ZAHARIN NEXCAP VALUATION SDN BHD to NEXCAP PROPERTY CONSULTANTS SDN BHD on 25 May 2018.The firm is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Malaysia.
